Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the Instant AI Agency Mini Course (the "Course"), operated by Altcutm LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By completing checkout, accessing the Course, or using any included software access, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Course.

2. The Course and One-Time Payment

The Course is a self-guided digital training product. The advertised purchase price is a one-time charge shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes shown there. It is not a recurring subscription and does not automatically renew.

Course access is delivered digitally after successful payment. We aim to provide the included GoHighLevel sub-account within 12 hours after purchase. Provisioning may require payment verification, accurate account information, acceptance of applicable platform terms, and reasonable cooperation from you.

3. Included GoHighLevel Access and Usage Charges

The Course includes access to one GoHighLevel sub-account for your own agency use while Instant AI Agency remains operational. This is not the sale, transfer, or ownership of a separate GoHighLevel Agency Pro account. The included sub-account is licensed to the original purchaser and may not be sold, shared, transferred, sublicensed, or used to provide unauthorised access to another person.

Phone, SMS, email, WhatsApp, AI, domains, premium applications, integrations, and other consumption-based or third-party services may carry separate charges based on use. You are responsible for these charges and for maintaining any payment method required for them. Separate client sub-accounts, expanded agency access, community, or support are not included in this Mini Course unless separately purchased.

Software platforms, integrations, features, pricing, and availability are controlled by their respective providers and may change. GoHighLevel names and logos are used for identification and education only; no endorsement, partnership, or agency relationship is implied unless expressly stated.

4. No Guarantees of Results or Income

The Course provides education, templates, and software foundations. We do not guarantee income, clients, sales, revenue, profit, business outcomes, or that you will launch an agency in a particular time. Your results depend on many factors, including your effort, skills, offer, market, costs, experience, and execution. Testimonials and examples are not typical results and are not promises of what you will achieve.

5. Seven-Day Conditional Refund Policy

We offer a conditional seven-day refund policy for the Course. This is not an unconditional or “change of mind” refund policy. To qualify under this policy, every requirement below must be met and verifiable from our Course records.

  • Your refund request must be sent by SMS only to +64 21 255 0493.
  • The SMS must be received within seven calendar days of the original purchase time, measured in New Zealand time.
  • The SMS must include your full name, the email address used at checkout, the mobile number used at checkout, and the words “Instant AI Agency refund request.”
  • You must have completed all 17 Course lessons and scored at least 80% on the participation quiz before sending the SMS.
  • Your course completion and quiz result must be verifiable in our records. We may ask you to verify the purchase details or resolve a record mismatch before deciding the request.

Email, social-media messages, support tickets, chargeback notices, and requests sent after the seven-day period do not qualify for this voluntary refund policy. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Bank and card-provider processing times are outside our control.

We may decline a request under this policy where the required records cannot be verified, course access has been shared or misused, a chargeback has already been opened, or there is evidence of fraud or abuse. Nothing in this section limits any remedy you may have under applicable consumer law where that law cannot legally be excluded.

6. Acceptable Use and Intellectual Property

You may use the Course materials for your own learning and agency development. You must not copy, share, resell, redistribute, publish, reverse-engineer, sublicense, or create derivative training products from our Course content, templates, systems, prompts, snapshots, or access credentials. All intellectual property remains the property of Altcutm LLC or its licensors.

We may suspend or end access for a material breach of these Terms, fraud, unlawful use, credential sharing, or abuse of software access. This does not remove non-excludable consumer-law rights.

7. Third-Party Services

The Course may reference or connect with third-party services, including Stripe and GoHighLevel. Their own terms, privacy policies, fees, service availability, and support processes apply. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their acts, omissions, outages, changes, or billing.

8. Disclaimers and Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Course is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free content, particular commercial outcomes, or suitability for your specific circumstances. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Altcutm LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss. Our total liability for a claim connected with the Course is limited to the amount you paid for the Course.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified, including applicable rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.

9. Complaints, Governing Law, and Changes

These Terms are governed by New Zealand law. Before beginning formal proceedings, both parties will make a genuine attempt to resolve a complaint directly. Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from using a forum or remedy available under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies from its effective date. Material changes will apply prospectively unless the law permits otherwise.

By completing checkout or using Instant AI Agency, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
